An HSK-4 (or above level) certificate is required for all Chinese-taught bachelor’s programs, except for the program of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages. Students who do not meet the requirements of Chinese language can apply for a program of Chinese Language Course to study the Chinese language.

*1. Certificate for High school education (or above level)
A high school graduation certificate is required.
*2. Transcripts for each academic year of the previous education (or above level)
An official seal or signature of the school is required on the transcripts.
*3. Colored ID photo
The colored ID photo should be taken within 1 year.
*4. Colored copy of passport ID page
The remaining validity period of the passport should be no less than 1 year, and the scanned copy should be clear enough
*5. Self Introduction and Study Plan
The applicant should write a self-introduction and a Study Plan in Chinese or English, no less than 500 words for each.
6. 2 Recommendation Letters
The Letters of Recommendation should be signed by a teacher & the principal of an applicant’s school respectively. Non-scholarship applicants are exempt from the Recommendation Letters.
*7. HSK-4 report (or above level)
The applicant should submit 1 HSK-4 report (or above level). Applicants who have completed secondary school studies in Chinese & applicants study the program of TEACHING CHINESE TO SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES are exempted from the HSK-4 reports.
Tips: For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
